Believing Louisiana southern favorites like Seafood Gumbo & Po-Boy Sandwiches would enhance the Utah food sector, U. S. Army Retiree and Louisiana Native, Jerrell Carter opened Taste of Louisiana Utah (TOL U) Food Truck in 2016. While Louisiana food is typically spicy, (TOL U) has found its niche in the Utah market by serving signature dishes that are well seasoned and full of flavor. Menu items such as fried fish, chicken and shrimp served with savory sides such as baked cheese grits, red beans & rice and waffle fries to name a few are crowd pleasers that enhance any venue or catering event! We believe (TOL U’s) continued success is greatly contributed to entrees, savory sides and desserts that are made fresh from scratch daily.
